Everest Packers Website

End-to-end client delivery for a moving company website — service pages, inquiry flow, mobile-first layout, and production deployment.

Overview

Everest Packers needed a web presence that explains their moving services and captures quote requests. I owned the project from structure through deployment — not a template swap, but a site built around how customers actually search for and evaluate movers.

Business Goal

  • Show up credibly in local search — most traffic would be mobile, often urgent
  • Make service areas and offerings scannable without making visitors hunt through pages
  • Convert visits into inquiries with a low-friction contact path
  • Look professional enough to compete with larger moving companies online

My Role

  • Owned design and development — information architecture, page layout, and implementation
  • Structured service content for clarity and local SEO (service names, areas covered, clear headings)
  • Built and deployed the production site; handled launch and post-launch fixes
  • Worked directly with the business owner on content priorities and iteration

Features

  • Dedicated service pages with coverage area and offering details
  • Contact and quote request flow reachable from every page
  • Mobile-first responsive layout — primary breakpoint targets phone users
  • Page metadata and semantic structure for search indexing
  • Fast load times on static pages with no unnecessary client-side weight

Tech Stack

  • Next.js for static pages and routing
  • Tailwind CSS for responsive layout
  • Form-based inquiry flow
  • Vercel deployment with production domain configuration

Outcome

Launched a production site the business uses as its primary online presence. Service pages rank for local moving queries, and the inquiry flow generates quote requests without requiring phone calls. Owner feedback was that customers mention finding them through the site — the main measure of success for a local services business.
